Appreciative Inquiry (AI) and Most Significant Change (MSC)
Appreciative Inquiry (AI) and Most Significant Change (MSC) are both asset-based approaches that seek to support positive change.
AI is a strategy and approach to purposeful change that can be used throughout the project cycle – including informative research, project design, evaluation, and documentation of success.
MSC is a systematic method to collect and analyses personal stories of change induced by an intervention. It generates insights on unintended impact, values, and theories of change or logic models.
